Created entirely by hand, this little locket is full of truly unique details. It is sure to be a conversation starter. Keep the secrets to yourself, or show them what the inside holds.
Upon first glance, a dark colored heart sits between two 18k golden balls, but a port hole has been cut out in the other side, allowing the heart to light up and glow. As you hold it to the light, a little "X" appears in the lit up sea glass and if you look closely, a heart shape also appears through the port hole at the back.
The back of the locket has the metal materials hand engraved around the curved bail along with my maker's mark, stamped in recycled fine silver.
As you close the locket, you will hear a little click, indicating a perfect clasp fitting, which ensures the locket will stay secure.
Upon opening the locket you will see a very special piece of red English sea glass which has a naturally occurring "X" in the sea glass.
The opposite side has a hand drilled Vancouver Island basalt beach stone (found by me) which has been set with a handmade rivet, making the "O".
