This pendant features a beautifully glowing Pacific Northwest ocean tumbled agate; wear it to keep you closer to the sea.
Encapsulated in a fine silver border, the sea glass rests on a sterling silver back plate that features my makers mark on the backside.
A beautiful "sandy" texture was made with silver and fire to mimic the sand on the seashore which also beautifully mimics the more pitted texture of the stone.

18 gauge sterling silver back plate (1 mm)
**Please notice the cosmetic anomaly in the bezel which is visible in the photo showing the jump ring from the side.
In my opinion, imperfections in hand made jewelry, that do not affect the functionality of the piece, show a fingerprint of the maker, making it even more special.

Each piece of my agate jewelry has been specially constructed to withstand the test of time by putting it through a special process to ensure that tarnish will not form under the sea glass, but it is still important to avoid immersing your ocean tumbled agate piece in water.
