These pendants feature Vancouver Island basalt beach stones, all tumbled to perfection by the sea. Basalt is a type of volcanic rock that forms when lava from volcanoes cools down rapidly. It can range in color from black to gray.
The surface of these stones are very smooth, and tumbled to perfection by the ocean.
Encapsulated in a fine silver border, the beach stones rest on a sterling silver back plate that features my makers mark on the backside.
These pendants are a perfect accessory for everyday wear, yet also elegant enough to be worn with your favorite dressy outfit; perfect pendants for every occasion.

Perfectly smooth, this basalt is the perfect pairing with my special hand-made heat pinned bail.

Perfectly smooth, and almost round, and a great size for layering with other pendants, such as my salal leaf pendants.
#4: 16mm x 13mm
Perfectly smooth, this beautiful basalt is also inclusive of another mineral, but I'm unsure what it might be. It is so unique with the white speckles and dots.
