Refund policy
As I provide clear and accurate images of my pieces along with material descriptions and dimensions, once a piece is purchased, I am unable to offer refunds, returns, or cancellations on any items, including gift cards.
If you have any questions prior to a purchase, please reach out to me through the contact form on my home page prior to your purchase.
Exchanges or shop credit will be considered on a case by case basis. If an exchange is allowed, any additional shipping costs will be paid by the customer. The purchased piece must arrive back to me in perfect condition, just as it was sent to you and must also be sent back to me in its original packaging with tracking and insurance.
Although I don’t allow refunds, returns, or cancellations, if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will do all that I can to make things right. You are the reason that I am able to be here and I truly value your support.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
