Returns & Exchanges
Every piece of Moss Rock Metals jewelry is handcrafted with care. I do my best to provide accurate photographs, detailed descriptions, materials, and dimensions so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.
All sales are considered final. I do not offer refunds or cancellations, and returns are not accepted for a change of mind or buyer's remorse.
However, I understand that occasionally a piece may genuinely not work as expected. In these circumstances, I will consider a return for shop credit on a case-by-case basis.
Returns for Shop Credit
If you believe there is an issue with the suitability of your piece, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at jenny@mossrockmetals.com to discuss your concerns.
All returns must be approved before being sent back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
If a return is approved:

Jewelry must be in its original, like-new condition.

All original packaging must be included.

Return shipping, tracking, and insurance are the customer's responsibility.

Shop credit will only be issued after the piece has been received and inspected.
If the returned jewelry is not in its original, like-new condition, shop credit will not be issued, and the piece will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. Any additional shipping costs associated with an approved exchange are the customer's responsibility.
Gift cards are nonrefundable. Made-to-order chains cannot be exchanged for a different length.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your jewelry when it arrives. If your piece is damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong item, contact me right away so I can evaluate the issue and make things right.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly described goods. Where the law requires a refund, repair, replacement, or return, those rights will be honored regardless of the shop credit policy above.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, applicable consumer protection laws generally provide a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible purchases, regardless of the final-sale policy above. Certain exceptions may apply, including qualifying custom or personalized items.
Any legally required refunds or remedies will be honored.
