These elegant teal and aqua pendants feature beautiful genuine sea glass in various shades.  They were found in Iceland, England, and Japan by reputable beach combers!  Origins are listed with pendant dimensions.  

Encapsulated in a fine silver border, the sea glass rests on a sterling silver back plate that features my makers mark on the backside.

These pendants are a perfect accessory for everyday wear, yet also elegant enough to be worn with your favorite dressy outfit; perfect pendants for every occasion.

The mystery of sea glass is so intriguing. I always wonder who made and used the glass vessels that have found their way into my jewelry.

Teal and aquamarine sea glass is becoming more and more rare and is most generally from the late 1800s to early 1900s.  It is known to come from items such as mineral water, baking soda and ink bottles, mason jars, art glass, poison bottles, and insulators (sea glass index).

Dimensions (without bail):

1:  English Dark Teal:  15mm x 13.5mm

Has a darker, deeper mysterious glow than the other pieces and shows its color beautifully in the light.  A rare color that I often don't come across.

2:  Icelandic Turquoise:  14.5mm x 12mm

Gorgeous rare turquoise that is getting harder to source.  I haven't come across this color in a few years now. 

3:  Light teal blue (Japan):  19mm x 17mm

Glows beautifully in almost any light.  Includes a few small air bubbles, which I always find fascinating.

4:  Icelandic light teal green with hinged bail:  20.5mm x 15.5mm

Beautiful symmetrical shape that glows in almost any light.  Please notice the inclusions visible within the sea glass.

5:  Icelandic Light Teal Gray with hinged bail:  17.5mm x 17mm

A gorgeous glowy, almost round shape, with a few visible air bubbles.

6:  Light Aquamarine Teardrop (Japan):  18.5mm x 12.5mm

Glows beautifully in the light, has a slightly more blue tint than green.
